Each card contains a printed code that grants the cardholder access to Tate's official website where the song can be downloaded for free.

"Jamie Tate – Daddy, Let’s Dance"

WeddingMuseum.com is fortunate enough to be introduced to a pre-release of the country song Daddy Let’s Dance by Jamie Tate. We normally do not promote songs before they are released but we are making an exception for this song. Daddy, Let’s Dance is expected to be released during the Summer.
Daddy, Let’s Dance we feel will be a great song for brides to dance with their fathers at wedding receptions. Jamie sings about a girl dancing with her daddy and how the first dance is daddy’s. Daddy, Let’s Dance is just shy of four minutes and would be considered a slow song. Being a former mobile DJ at weddings for 10 years, I feel Daddy, Let’s Dance will be on the top of many Father-Daughter Dance song lists for years to come.
Daddy, Let’s Dance will soon be released for sales including through Amazon and iTunes. The song will also be featured on her website JamieTateMusic[dot]com. Please check back here as we will let you know when the website is live and the song is officially released to the public. - Feed Fury

"CD REVIEWS: JAMIE TATE, EASTON CORBIN, SWEET HOME ALABAMA: THE COUNTRY MUSIC TRIBUTE TO LYNYRD SKYNYRD"

Jamie Tate was born in North Carolina and a performer since the age of four singing a musical range from classical to traditional country music. Ms Tate has a degree in Psychology which she feels has prepared her for the music business but not being one to sit still, she is now pursuing a degree in law. She feels that the combination of the education with her love for music will help prepare her for her journey as a singer / songwriter in the music world.

“I’ll Give My All” is a well written patriotic song that starts slowly with soft, melodic music as a father leaves his small child to go fight for freedom and gains strength and momentum as time has passed and it is the child that is leaving the father to fight for freedom, “I will fight for you, for the Red, White and Blue, I Won’t Be Afraid…I’ll Give My All” is passed to the next generation like a torch in life’s relay. As the song progresses, the music changes to a stirring marching beat with strong background vocals provided by the prestigious 82nd Airborne All American Chorus.

Jamie has released this single in collaboration with a goal of giving away 1,000,000 copies of this song free to members of the military. Listeners can help this happen by visiting www.illgivemyall.com and purchasing the cards to be handed out to military personnel. In addition, part of the proceeds from this song will go to military charities including 82nd Wounded Warrior Committee and the USO. - Digital Rodeo

"Jamie Tate: The singing lawyer heads to Nashville"

Asheboro native Jamie Tate is 24 years old and already making her way toward Country Music Star status.

This May, she’ll graduate from Campbell Law School. The next day, she plans to pack her car and head to Nashville, Tenn., a place with which she is already very familiar.

“Just call me a singing lawyer,” Tate says, laughing. “But I’ll focus more on music first.”

Tate was 4 when she first performed with her father, Bob Crumley, an Asheboro attorney, at Santa Fe Rose in Greensboro. Though she doesn’t remember much about that night, music was in her blood and she continued to pursue it throughout her teenage years.

For high school, she attended Salem Academy in Winston-Salem. She was involved in musical theater and joined an all-girls ensemble that allowed her to travel, including to London to perform at the Queen’s Jubilee. Tate was hooked — on both performing and traveling.

She took a small break to attend school at Western Carolina University. But she soon had the urge to sing again. She recorded her first single, “Daddy, Let’s Dance.” The father/daughter wedding song was marketed to the wedding industry, but Tate wanted to do more.

She went on to record “I’ll Give My All,” a military song recorded with the 82nd Airborne All American Chorus in Fort Bragg. The song has reached over 100,000 downloads online.

Her most recent single, “One Beer Away From Loving You,” is already number 15 on the Country Music charts in Europe. Tate hopes the song reaches the same success here in the United States.

“Everything just started happening really fast,” Tate says. “All of a sudden, I was going back and forth between Nashville and North Carolina, playing shows. Everything was falling into place.”

But Tate still managed to find time to pursue her law degree at Campbell University. She is focusing on media law and how it will affect her career in the music industry. Tate eventually hopes to practice law a few days a week and perform her music the rest of the time.

Her musical tastes cover a wide range, but Reba McEntire is her main influence.

“She’s a great businesswoman and incorporates that into her career,” Tate says. “That’s what I strive to do. I’m not just jumping on stage, singing. I’m making this my career, my life.”

Last month, she brought her talents to T’s Tavern in Asheboro for a “Nashville to Asheboro” showcase which brings Nashville recording artists to the area. These showcases, which build awareness and fans for budding artists, will be more common in the area this year.

Since then, Tate has continued to play at venues around the Triad, while keeping her eye on the prize — her new life in Nashville. When Tate arrives in Nashville this May, she will begin to play what the music industry calls the “festival circuit.” She’ll play all over the country, at festivals, casinos and various venues, trying to get her name out and bring in her fans.

Tate hopes to record a full-length album in Nashville within the year.

“Next to music, traveling is my life,” Tate says. “And I hope to do a lot more of it this year. I’m very ready for all of this.”

"Action! Fort Bragg musician 'gives all' to troops in music video"

OPE AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. - A little girl's pen strikes paper while the ink creates the words that will reach her father who has travelled to war with the 82nd Airborne Division. Years later that girl dons a patrol cap as she follows her father's footsteps as a Soldier. The girl's children march down the same path that had been trodden by their mother and grandfather who sacrificed to 'give their all.' This is the basis for the new song and music video "I'll Give My All," by country music singer Jamie Tate and the 82nd Airborne Division's All American Chorus.

Tate and the chorus travelled to Nashville, Tenn. earlier in the year to record the song at Black River Music Group studios.

"It was amazing," said Tate, a Cary, N.C. native. "We contacted them (the chorus) about the song and in less than two weeks, they came to Nashville. It is very personal to me that they are out there fighting so I can stand out there and sing my heart out."

This was only the second time the chorus had recorded an original song with a music artist and the first time for a country song.

"Tate and her staff have treated us well and they are supportive of the military," said Sgt. Johnathan Cobert, a member of the chorus assigned to the 122nd Aviation Sustainment Battalion, 82nd Abn. Div. "It is interesting to see how a video production gets done."

There hasn't been a slow weeks for the chorus during the making of "I'll Give My All," said Staff Sgt. Jerome Coleman, a Moss Point, Miss. native and 12-year member of the chorus. "The most challenging part is that the hours are long. The days have been non-stop. We've only had one week off the past three months."

The song's origins date back a few years to a political convention in Winston-Salem, N.C. that both Tate and Renee Griffith attended. Tate heard Griffith singing some of the song she wrote, which left such a lasting impression on Tate that years later she sought her out.

Upon locating Griffith, Tate asked if she remembered the song and almost immediately Griffith recognized the song. A short time later the two sat down to write a complete version which became "I'll Give My All."

"We were trying to figure out who was going to sing the chorus and it dawned on me that who better than the All-American Chorus," said Tate.

"It is not just about the military Family, it is knowing that each generation does what it has to do to protect this nation and to protect people around the world," said Tate who is best known for her song "One Beer Away From Loving You."

The song is part of an online campaign launched in an attempt to distribute more than one million free digital downloads to servicemembers via sponsored donations. A portion of the proceeds from these sponsored downloads will go to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and other charity organizations.

Tate and the chorus are scheduled to perform at a concert at the Fourth of July celebration on Fort Bragg.

"Jamie Tate Honors Troops & Sings with the 82nd Airborne Chorus"

What’s really cool about this job is that you get exposed to artists, music and projects that you might not hear about otherwise. This is one of those moments. Jamie Tate is an aspiring new artist who is pursuing a law degree and her country music dream at the same time. Quite a combination and one smart lady if you ask me.

Back in March of this year Jamie set out to record a very special track with the world-renowned 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus. “I’ll Give My All” is a powerful song that takes a unique approach to honoring our troops. The beautifully shot video for the song tells the story of a young girl who grows up and follows in her father’s footsteps by serving in the military.

he recording is part of a unique promotion that is aiming to distribute the song to one million service men and women stationed near and far — for free. A portion of the “I’ll Give My All” project’s proceeds also benefits the Wounded Warrior Project for the 82nd Airborne, the USO of NC and the Military Family Lifestyle Charitable Foundation. Find out more by visiting www.illgivemyall.com/

“I am extremely excited for my song to be a part of this project,” says Tate. “The idea that a song I recorded could reach so many people through the ‘I’ll Give My All’ campaign is really humbling. So many people have worked a lot of long hours and traveled a lot of miles to make this happen, because we all believe in it. I’d also like to give a huge thank you to the 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus for making this project extra special.”

"Jamie Tate"

When it comes to the military based songs in country music they tend to focus on the war and what it means and its effects on Americans or on the return of the soldiers home and how their life has changed. However, with few exceptions we rarely get a song that focuses on the soldier’s emotions going into the war. Jamie Tate’s new single “I’ll Give My All” focuses on just that. This great song follows the father off to war in the first portion of it, and then in a very interesting twist, the middle portion of it sees that same father’s daughter going to the war years later. As if that storyline itself isn’t moving enough, the song climaxes when the 82nd Airborne All American Chorus joins Tate in the last portion of the song where they call for the future generation to give their all for this country. I personally am not unpatriotic and I certainly support the troops, but military and war songs 99% of the time just aren’t my thing. This one is different. The lyrics are amazing and Tate’s delivery of them is top-notch. The way the story unfolds, although it is about a soldier, is relatable on many levels to parents and children when for any reasons they have to be separated. In the case of this song the reason is the war and fighting for the country, but as the father tells the daughter “I’ll fight for you” in the song, it resonates with any parent for any reason being there for their children. This is a perfect military based song, but more importantly just a stand-up song all around. - Today's Country Mag

Bio

To hear Jamie Tate tell it, it is obvious that she has already experienced so much in her life and yet she feels as though she is just getting started. Jamie has just released an acoustic EP with six songs that she has hand-picked for this unplugged album. A behind-the-scenes feel and sound is what she wants her listeners to have.

With performances like the Coca-Cola Fan Stage at the Daytona 500 NASCAR race, Fundraiser for Extreme Makeover:Home Edition, Welcome Home Troops, Operation Coming Home and opening for artists like Jason Michael Carroll, Gretchen Wilson, Colt Ford, Josh Thompson, and Jeff Cook, it is easy to see how all types of fans enjoy Jamies brand of country music.

Her release of One Beer Away From Loving You marked Jamies first charted single. The song impressed noted line dance choreographer Junior Willis, so much so, that he created a country line dance 12 Ounces specifically for Jamies song.

The release of her most recent single , "I'll Give My All," took Jamie over the 150,000 digital download mark! The song is a patriotic tribute to our military featuring the world renowned 82nd Airborne All American Chorus. Together, they shot a breath-taking music video at Fort Bragg/Pope Air force base.

Like many of today's artists, she grew up singing in church and community choirs at home in North Carolina. She attended Salem Academy in Winston-Salem, NC where she focused on music. The academy led her to Europe where she performed in the London New Year's Day Parade as well as the Gala Concert Series celebrating the Queen's Golden Jubilee in Westminster Central Hall, London.

Jamie continued on to get her Bachelors degree in psychology from Western Carolina University in the mountains of North Carolina. After receiving her degree, she decided to add a few more years to her education and obtained a Juris Doctorate from Campbell University, with a focus on entertainment law. When asked about her education, Jamie says Regardless at what you do in life, set yourself up for success. All throughout her education, Jamie used music as a refuge. Now, at the age of 26, Jamies unique and soulful sound can range from classical to traditional country.

As true as the song she wrote, Jamie is a bonafide, certified, countrified, citified, quarter-acre cowgirl.
