Who is JaMila?

Well, let me bring you up to date!

JaMila is a positive, humble, passionate and very talented teen who decided that she wanted to be an entertainer.
From a very young age she started performing for various events and taking classes in dance and music.

Now she has stepped fulltime into the entertainment business with a full package of skills to bring to the table including being a performer, singer, actor, dancer, songwriter, violinist and pianist.
JaMila explains that music is a part of her emotional expression.
She feels that music is a way to touch people's hearts. It is her way to express joy as well as to help others experience that same joy themselves.

Jamila has grown up playing various musical instruments and listening to all types of music from all over the world due to her father's wide musical tastes. This experience has helped her to
develop a musical sound that is definitely not "cookie cutter".
JaMila would love to represent a wide variety of people by making upbeat and fun dance songs along with beautiful ballads that encompass lyrics that have a focus on fun, self-respect, self-esteem and self-empowerment.

How would you describe Jamila's musical style? Well, she describes it as music with an Urban bottom and topped off with a Pop feel. It can be called Urban Pop along with Urban Contemporary or R & B with a Pop feel. She likes to describe it as Mariah
