JAMMER

From the beginning of his spiritual upbringing Jammer has been hitting all the right notes for God. His vocal range has many aspects to its introduction and reaches all audiences. He has collaborated with a talented songwriter, F. Michael Cline who has an ear for music and provides him with a measure of feedback and stability. The essence of his singing comes from his call from God to minister through music.
Recording the first CD has been a major milestone with efforts beginning in 2000. He and F. Michael Cline, while on assignment had inspiration to write, produce, and record this major task. They developed and performed their first live concert bringing two nations together in Haifa, Israel.
JAMMER is the oldest of 3 bothers, raised by his God fearing servants of God his parents Pastor Clyde and Pat Hardin. He started singing in church when he was only four years old. His parents recognized his gift and at the tender age of four enrolled him into voice lessons with an extraordinary teacher of voice Mrs. Watson of Batesburg, South Carolina. He continued singing in church and numerous competitions. At age 13 he attended his first big Christian Concert (Petra, Not of this World Tour) in Omaha, Nebraska. That night he made a decision that he knew his direction to be on the big stage someday ministering to all people. After that for three years he learned to how to play the drums, bass and guitar. Moving to a new High School during his junior and senior year in Manning, South Carolina where he participated in an all Afro-American Choir, which he credits for his learned soulful sound. He has been writing music since age 13 developing his craft and writing over two hundred songs in repertoire. After his graduation he decided to give to God, Corps and Country and became a member of the finest fighting force the United States Marine Corps. He served in many capacities in his 14 years of service and served in both Gulf War I & II. At this point and at the age of 24 he started to learn the piano which became his favorite instrument. During his tenure in the Marine Corps he was introduced to and met and bonded with another Marine of significant of Marine Corps leadership Sergeant Major F. Michael Cline Sr. now retired after serving over thirty years. They credit their introduction to an icon of the Marine Corps Major General Walt Gaskin Sr. He knew that they were would gel and be destined for blessings from their talents. This was the start of the making and recording of their first CD Album “HARDLIFE” featuring “JAMMER”. They released this blessing January 18th, 2005.
JAMMER’s soulful sound and presence is felt from the depths of ones soul and you will feel the musical chill within ones spine. He opens up hardened hearts touching lives with singing a story of praise and worship. Carmen has had the biggest impact on his songwriting. Greg Volz, Tonex and Kenny Loggins have help with a point of reference for his singing style and career.
To his credit he has opened for many artist such as Carmen, Joan Jett, Neil McCoy to name a few. In touching countless numbers of people through his music ministry he still performs in many church organizations, revivals, military establishments and many overseas venues. Most importantly he performs for children free and offers schools an opportunity to call upon him for a performance. He currently resides in Eastern, North Carolina and is the music minister for Crossroads Christian Fellowship there.
JAMMER is married to the former Jeanette Gordon and they have three children Justin, Brenna and Ramsey. His presence shows that he is Always Faithful!
