In the interest of time, we won't discuss the culinary, literal or even criminal justice definitions of Jam Sandwich. But rather the musical diversity of a little band from an area of the country called the Ark-la-tex.
Jam Sandwich is a distinct uniting of hook-soaked; blues-drenched, funkiness permeated with a sonic melange that refuses to be pigeon-holed. Their songs feature an enlivening sense of humor girded by an emotional urgency that belies the playful nature of their lyrics.
