Since their inception in 2002...
London based indie rock band Jane Air have consistently stamped an authoritative foot on the UK music scene with back-to-back performances at music festivals and key venues which resulted in the band becoming finalists of the first Xfm unsigned talent competition.
Not content with churning out one-trick-pony-tracks Jane Air have amassed an excess of 50 songs that truly capture the essence of how they hear the world.
Due to explosive live performances Jthe guys have earned a strong following which has resulted in their website receiving 35,500+ hits and 4,000+ unique song downloads, this figure is still rising.
Furthermore, the Jane Air back catalogue will soon be available for download in Japan, Australasia, Canada, Europe and America after securing distribution with iTunes and Rhapsody.
2006...
The band have been in the studio writing and recording their forthcoming cluster of tracks to be released under the title of ‘US:THEM’. The US:THEM sessions have produced 5 tantalising new songs that will showcase the true diversity of the band’s songwriting and promises to be their most adventurous project yet. The title is due for release through iTunes, Napster, MusicNet and Rhapsody in May 2006.
