Bio
Janet Mayson has entertained audiences SINGING solo and in music groups for many years. Among her list of favorite shows, she was honored to sing before a sold-out crowd of Brooks & Dunn fans, at an Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame concert. There, she made grown men cry with her rendition of songs to honor an inductee, the late Lee Wiley.
Janet Mayson is currently in the studio recording original songs, with some songs already included on soundtracks of independent feature films.
She'd LOVE to sing back-up behind an amazing artist on all the huge stages and enormous venues!
Her ACTING experience includes working in the independent film industry on and off camera, appearing in numerous regional television commercials and performing in theater productions. Her most recent roles in feature films include Mayor Greenwell in "Denizen", Vampire twins Sasha and Akkadia in "Sacred Bloods", and the foreign woman in "Soulmate.Wed". She also enjoys directing, producing, writing, filming, editing, and singing for short films starring her sweet dogs.
