Janice Francis-Smith

Janice Francis-Smith is a singer-songwriter making traditional music forms like Americana, jazz and folk sound fresh again with incisive, heartfelt lyrics and an intimate, soulful style of delivery. Her music and poetry have earned awards from Walnut Valley Festival's New Songs Showcase, emPower Music & Arts, and as a member of NSAI.

Janice has performed in a variety of venues, including the historic Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Posifest in Tampa, the Oklahoma State Fair, Paseo Arts Festival and Pride Fest OKC, with performances tailored to provide the best experience at cozy coffeehouses, neighborhood bars, listening rooms or outdoor festivals.
