Janice Kollar

Janice has been a musician and artist all of her life. At the very young age of 3, she started singing harmonies with her grandfather on such old standards as "By the Light of the Silvery Moon." She worked professionally as a jingle singer for over 12 years, singing everything from Kentucky Fried Chicken ads to At&T and Diet Coke. She has also worked behind the scenes on many diverse musical projects, from award winning albums for John Gorka and Christine Lavin, to scoring national promotional videos for numerous companies including Schick and AT&T. She walked away from music for years ( creating a successful baking business, doing national radio sales for Air America Radio and writing a baking cookbook) because she couldn't find her "voice"--- a message that she wanted to be able to offer an audience---until now. She feels that through these songs, she finally has something special with which to inspire her listeners. And, she is now very excited to be sharing this material. Her music revolves around beautiful melodies and lyrics that will hopefully inspire, and show listeners how to move forward in their lives in a more positive direction.
