Bio

Jaquie Daniels is a singer-songwriter in the folk/acoustic genre based in Southampton, UK. Influenced by artists such as the Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, and Joni Mitchell she performs her original brand of British folk music, telling topical and touching stories of real life. Her songs reflect her desire to inspire, entertain and amuse.

Jaquie accompanies herself mostly on guitar, but also on mandolin and ‘cello. She regularly performs at local folk clubs and open mic sessions, and has recorded six albums and two EPs which are available on CD and on digital music sites.

Her latest release is a single, "Embrace the moon" which invites the listener to step out of their comfort zone, and is available now. She has also been played on the Acoustic Cafe show on Wey Valley Radio, the "What's on Guide to Hayes" show on Hayes FM and Women of Substance Radio podcast.
