DJ Jason Chambers of the Attitude Sound Crew is part of the past, present and future of the Canadian DJ Scene and soon to be much more. Jason is a very busy man; from holding it down at some of the best parties in Toronto with the biggest names in the industry to pleasuring our ears at lunchtime with his Midday Mix show at Flow 93.5, hes one of the most sought after DJs in Canada. The book on Jason Chambers opens with his legendary Attitude Sound Crew, which gave him the ability to reach fans all of North America. He went on to become the first official DJ of the Toronto Raptors stunning tens of thousands of people every game. They knew, like we do, if Chambers was mixing, youd be staying till the end. On top of all these accomplishments hes been one of the most recognized DJs for artists when they come down to Toronto. He has shared the stage with Run DMC, CeCe Peniston, Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam, Naughty by Nature, Nice & Smooth, Special Ed, Chubb Rock, Michee Mee, Maestro Fresh Wes and MC Lyte as well as DJ's Jazzy Jeff, D.J. If youre not yet impressed, then this will put you over the top. In 1999, Chambers, with two of his close partners Ian Andre Espinet and DJ Starting From Scratch, co-founded Amnesia. The idea was a periodic old school party that the three brought to Toronto to fill a gap they had noticed. It was a resounding success. It was also the first ever event to sign to a Major Canadian Record label making Amnesia the top party Canada had to offer. Later on in 2006 Chambers produced the CD Amnesia: Back in the Day which was then released by Universal Music and sold out nationally.
