Jazz
Jason has also played in many Jazz and Latin groups over the years, one of which won best jazz group of the year in the Niagara Music Awards. Jason has received his diploma in Jazz Performance from Mohawk College's distinguished music program which is now affiliated with Berkeley School of Music. The Solo Jazz Guitar Promo recording exemplifies Jason’s solo guitar performance. Jason uses a loop pedal to achieve the multi-layered you hear. Felicidade and Just Friends, the songs listed below this recording, showcase Jason’s duo performing abilities. These songs have been recorded with Niagara bassist Adrian Juras. Song-writing
Jason has played in many original groups as well. The Rain and Try Love are good examples of Jason’s song-writing. Recorded in 2008 with the help of many skilled musicians, these songs are from Jason’s Sleepless Pilgrim EP entitled “The Narrow Path”.
