I have had the privilege of working with Jason Escape as part of the Faneuil Hall Marketplace Street Performers Program for over 3 years. As the Marketing Assistant I am the one that oversees the program here at the marketplace. Jason Escape is a very talented and well respected performer by his audience and peers. He is the only straight jacket act that we have in the program; he draws huge crowds at a time to the marketplace. No matter what your age you will love his show.
I would HIGHLY recommend Jason Escape for your next event as he will bring the WOW factor to your event.

"As an event planner, I always try to create phenomenal events. And it can be sometimes stressful. So, what could be more stressful? Try getting out of a straitjacket or a locked box! Jason Escape can and does. And the amazing thing about it- is he makes it look like it was no big deal. How did he do it? Who knows. Believe me, when I say he is tightly wrapped and restrained, he is. The straps are taut and the locks are real. Moroever, he knows how to draw a crowd and keep them mesmerized. Jason Escape was a marvelous addition to the COCA showcase roster at our 2008 National Conference. His warm personality both on and off stage made it easy to interact with him and enjoy his presence at the conference.
The Jason Escape Show has an amazing way of incorporating the whole audience throughout. His show is a great combination of skill, improvisation and masterful showmanship. Jason received excellent audience reaction and the proof was in the laughter from the audience throughout the show.
In my opinion, this is a completely viable college act. When they put up his photo at our Awards Banquet slideshow, our delegates cheered. This seems to say it all.

Getting tied in endless amounts of rope and chain, escaping from tiny locked boxes, and suspending himself upside-down while high in the air in a straightjacket are but a few of the many talents of Jason Escape. Everything he does is designed to make you laugh, if not freak you right out. His live performances never fail to render his audiences truly awestruck.
Growing up right outside of NYC afforded Jason the opportunity to see many of the great modern magicians, such as David Copperfield, Doug Henning and Penn & Teller. Jason's grandfather would take him to see these awesome magicians, and after would present him with a simple magic trick to learn. Jason studied and practiced constantly and became hooked. Magic and escape required not only manual dexterity but a challenge to his mind as well. Jason spent his days bound by rope to chairs, making objects vanish, and even reading his cat's mind.
Now as an adult, his passion has never waned; it's even matured and grown. He shares his art and has brought smiles, laughter, thrills and amazement to audiences all over the world.
Jason Escapes performances are individually tailored to the venue and type of event, ensuring that each show is received as unique and personal. Jason has performed worldwide at Festivals, Universities, Fairs, Hotels, Resorts, Corporate and Non-corporate events, Town and City Celebrations and much more.
