Bio
Once upon a time the earth was a gigantic cloud of hot gas. Later came dinosaurs, the written word and then truckstops. And sometime after that j.kleinberg found himself in San Francisco, living and working as a musician.
j.kleinberg has toured the the U.S., Europe and Japan as a solo artist and also performs extensively with Diego’s Umbrella across the U.S. and Europe. His music sounds like Jonathan Richman with the Beatles in 1967. He composed a film score for a full length documentary about Gumby and his creator Art Clokey called “Gumby Dharma”. He lives in San Francisco where he teaches violin, fiddling, guitar and songwriting. Sometimes he does other things, like walking, or eating cereal.
