Jaxonville is an Australian Award winning (Country/Pop/ Folk-Rock) Duo/Group an exciting fresh young talent from Brisbane spending most of their young lives pursuing their musical dreams and doing the hard yards travelling to venues to perform as far as Victoria to far North Queensland. Jaxonville Twin Sisters Rebecca (Fiddle, Mandolin, Guitar Vocals), Rachael( Rhythm Guitar and Vocals) the duet are versatile in the music they sing and play. Two gifted individuals who take vocal harmony to new heights. Jaxonville perform also with younger sister Andrea in a three part harmony group. This has always been considered meant to be and it seems like forever as the girls have been writing songs and performing together since an early age. They are well accomplished songwriters and have performed their own songs at many established venues over the past few years including-The Lord Mayors Golden Casket-Channel 7 Xmas Carols at the River Stage in December 2005 in front of audience of 50,000 a very memorable moment for them. In 2005 Jaxonville were noticed busking and performing in Tamworth and invited to perform their original compositions on the ABC Trailer in Bi-Centennial Park and were the only New Unknown young Act invited for an interview and live performance to be broadcasted direct to air on ABC/New England alongside very talented Major Signed Artists and bands on the same stage. Jaxonville have also had numerous appearances and performances: 2005/2006 Caboolture Qut Urban Country Music Festival, Gympie Music Muster, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Mud bulls & Music and in the USA to date. They are also very talented individual vocalists as well as a duet act, well known for their harmonies. Music has been a lifetime event and individually each vocalist shines but with their combined voices is nothing short of dazzling! To date they have released a few songs from their latest record which have received an extensive amount of airplay on Country Music Radio. Jaxonville were nominated Top 4 finalists at the 2006 Annual Q Song Music Awards And the Annual Music Oz awards held in Sydney's Enmore Theatre for Country and Pop sections, finalist at The 2006 16th Annual American Independent L.A Music Awards held at Kodak Theatre USA and 2006 Nescafe Big Break semi-finalist, Jaxonville have since been nominated and Winners for Best Duo at the 2008 Tiara Awards. This exciting duo is very lively with a unique ability to engage the audience with their performance, they have been described as not only singers/instrumentalists but also Entertainers with harmonies that can only be achieved by being sisters.

“Jaxonville is the country music you listen to when you don't want to admit to listening to country music. They have a knack for drawing in the listener with their catchy and likable tunes.” The Border Mail, Australia.

“Jaxonville are going to be big.” Country Weekly USA

“As good as anything that has come out of the US.” Deb Minter, Capital News.

"Even better live, quite breathtaking in all honesty.” Robert Metzgar, Platinum Plus Universal Records, USA.

Its comments like these that confirm why JAXONVILLE have been embraced by audiences in Australia and the United States. Twin sisters Rachael and Rebecca, and youngest sister Andrea still in her teens make up the talented outfit, delivering their unique style of music; and it’s definitely striking a chord.

With numerous successes on both Australian radio, including recent hits Ready for us hitting number one on the Kix Country chart and winning best duo/group in the Australian Independent Artist recognition awards, One More Reason and the #1 Say Goodbye, Jaxonville have gone from strength to strength. Touring alongside Cowboy Troy a major artist in the United states,Shawn Mullins,& Carolina Rain a major Capitol Records band.Jaxonville also appeared as Australian guest with Ricky Scaggs at the Ryman (The first Grand ole Opry) with Kentucky Thunder in August 2008. They were the only Australian artists to ever appear to rave reviews.

With a successful tour in the USA under their belts, and the release of their highly anticipated third Single in August it's little wonder why Jaxonville are regarded as one of Australia's premier acts.
