Jay Ellington

Jay Ellington (birth name, J'vaughn Ellington Chandler) was brought into this world on December 6, 1989 same day as legendary rock and metal guitarist Randy Rhoads. Early in life Jay's many talents went with notice as he began to sell Avon products at the age of 12, being the highest paid rep for the company. At the age of 14 Jay began playing guitar influenced from a movie called "School of Rock" with Jack Black. That day he knew that it was his destiny. Jay practiced 16 hours a day, some days with no sleep, just a guitar in hand.
AT age 18 Jay became the first person in the history of Florida A and M University to receive a full ride strings scholarship (guitar, cello).
While at FAMU Jay performed around alot getting the entire colleges attention with rare but talented fulled performances and entering in contest where he won every one.
In 2010 Jay Ellington met Dj Lil Boy who is the official tour dj for T Pain who was in need of a guitarist to work with in his new studio, so an unofficial deal was given to Jay Ellington to become a studio musician there, which he embraced.
At the studio is also where Jay met all of the members of the power and up coming group THe UtMoS, with rapper, songwriter, and producer aSiah di0, rapper Rion Noir, rapper/producer Matte Black, and singer/dancer Marley Monroe.
Currently is living in Clearwater, Florida where he hustles and records daily to get to the top of the industry just with a guitar and a look.
