Jaylon aka That Dude separate’s himself from his southern counter parts with a style he doesn’t prefer to label. With his first project to release in late spring early summer you are sure to be surprised by a crazy theme. Jaylon considers himself above all in the rap game hinting the title of his first album Not Down 2 Earth who has come to America to save Hip-Hop. Since there’s nobody in the human race who could do it maybe we need a higher calling. An with Space the mixtape Jaylon give’s you a taste of that. While also catching a heavy buzz with club single “My Swagga Right” and party anthem “Weekend Alcoholic” Jaylon hope’s it’s enough to launch his mixtape with the follow up album.
Born in East Texas in May 2nd 1986 Jaylon moved to Arlington, Texas at the age of two years old. An loved music every since he was a child but at the age of 12 is when he found his own talent in music. Skipping school battling in the hallways or in class writing music it was all that matter to him. Linking up with beat maker’s DJ Jack Frost from his city and JP from Alabama Jaylon’s Space Anthem keeps a unique but southern sound. Also forming a group K.A.P. (King’s Amongst Peasants) including himself Jay-Free and Tru Story there are a lot more projects in the making with there first single “We Can’t Hear Ya”. This year’s 2009 and 2010 is sure to be two year’s full of accomplishment’s.
