Jay Phia C.E.O and creator of Phia Startaz Ent is based out of north Carolina. Jay Phia is a comedian with a beat making ya grandmother laugh while making her shake her rear end. Dating back over 10 years jay phia has been lighting stages up and making hit after hit. The 23 year old entertainer is a graduate of fayetteville state university with a degree in communication and is looking to take the world by storm with his Mix-tape series Organized Ignorance
