Bio
I come from a city where your only way out is through extreme motivation and perseverance. Growing up without my father was the true motivation for my life. It made me strong and appreciative of everything around me. Being raised by a single mother with two children working night shift at the US Postal Service was hard on me but I learned to speak to myself when no one was around to help. This may truly be the way I gained the gift of songwriting. Now in my young adult life I'm able to look back and reflect on my past and pull so much emotion from the experiences whether it be through my eyes or stories from others. Music is my gift to the world. I want the world to react to my music in these main ways: dance from the rhythm that enters the room when the beat drops; cry from lyrics which tell their story; love from the emotional coming through the tone of my voice and live life to the fullest because a song told them to. For me, "Music is Life, Music is my Reality."
