Jay Tambor

Jay Tambor is an accomplished soloist, and isn’t afraid to get down and dirty on some dead-funky blues jams if the occasion calls for it! This total package is conveyed through his guitar, vocals, and lyrics. Jay brings an intense energy and a refreshing sense of urgency to every performance.

Jay was recently recruited to play guitar and sing backup vocals in the band J-Henry, where he was given the opportunity to open up for such legends as ZZ Top, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Deep Purple. Performances like this have fueled his incredible drive to constantly create and perform music and bring audiences on the east coast and nationwide to uncontained levels of excitement!

At the age of 13 Jay recorded his first original album. Since then, he has evolved both musically and lyrically as a writer and performer. He has worked closely with well-known artist and producer Anthony Krizan of the Spin Doctors since high school. Jay’s most recent demo was recorded at Sonic Boom Studios and produced by Krizan and J-Henry. Currently, Jay is in the process of recording an album that promises to be an exciting combination of killer guitar riffs, soothing melodies, and edgy vocals.
