Bio

The Dirty Jerz M.C./Producer, JBizatech, has been devoted to the culture of HIP HOP since the young age of 9 yrs. old. At this age, an eager Jeffrey Brown found his love for writing rhymes, poetry, and various short works of literature. It was at age 12 when J began to produce music; first by learning to play the trumpet, and later on getting introduced to turntables, break beat records, and the uses of a sampler/mixer. Observing the growth of HIP HOP from the mid 80's, through the innovative 90's, to the present Millennium, JBiz has seen it all and been through most of it. “Old school, new school need to learn though…”

Since 2000 JBIZ has managed to spread his unique sound throughout numerous college campus' and other underground venues; primarily in his home-state NJ, neighboring NYC, and migrant home Orlando, FL. Regularly appearing at such places as; Club Pyramid (E.O.W.-Sundays), the Karma Lounge in Linden, NJ, and the AKA Lounge in Orlando to say the least. No stranger to the hip hop Elite, Biz has had the opportunity to open up for and speak with some of the Culture's most respected alumni such as; KRS ONE, Sean Price, Boot Camp Clik, Immortal Technique, Lord Jamar, AZ, Dead Prez, the Clispe, and many more...

Beloved by his 1000's of fans, J's been said to be a peerless individual, who's personality translates well into music. With increasing airplay on numerous satellite, underground, and college radio stations, interest in Biz's style and uniqueness has propelled his popularity. Proprietor of his production company “GitBiz Productions”, with two completed albums and an array of production projects in the making, JBiz looks to be a promising edition to any true HIP HOP subscriber's catalogue for years to come.

JBIZ's sound can be best described as grimy-soul & banging drums, overlaid by thought provoking, skillful lyrics; delivered with a hypnotic flow, that even accapella has been known to leave the average HIP HOP constituent nodding their head.
