JBlake: SoloArtist (Jonathan Blake) is an acoustic singer/songwriter located in Boston, Massachusetts. He currently attends Northeastern University where he is very well know for his talent and dedication. Aside from an always-packed schedule of his shows, he is also very active in helping out other musicians in the area. From his high level of passion and motivation, JBlake has created quite the name for himself in the Boston area.
JBlake’s style of music is an acoustic rock feel begging for a band’s support. With the extensive use of looping and other pedals, he has created a sound similar of Howie Day, for an intense live performance. His upcoming LP will portray a strong variety of acoustic rock-based genres. Though all the songs will be unique to JBlake’s personal style, no two songs will be the same. With this versatility, JBlake can easily appeal to many different audiences.
Though his talent is more than apparent in his recordings, what makes JBlake really stand out are his live performances. Playing shows all over Boston and some surrounding areas, he always manages to keep the audience highly entertained. It surely won’t be long until pop rock fans all over the U.S. are singing the catchy tunes of JBlake: Solo Artist.
