JC Mize

Born and raised out the West Texas way.  JC grew up playing guitar, sports, and racing moto-cross. His first band was in High School, something put together for a talent show or the likes thereof.  After enlisting in the Marines and relocating to California he hooked up with a lot of good players.  Shortly After the dawn of the new millennium he was lead guitarist in a Bay Area Metal Band "Shades of Pain",  In 2005 relocation back to Austin was necessary to hunt down as much musical aspiration as possible.  Joining the Metal band "Empathy's Gone" In 2006 opened up a couple years of moderate gigging regionally around Texas.  Other notable projects he's been a part of are  "Saturday's Radar", "The Skinny", and "Nuthin But The Habit".  Being a part of 3 previous studio albums with above mentioned acts led to a 2013 production recorded at Karmakaze studios a first full length album "The Future".  Featuring both acoustic and full band cuts. It was a great experience, with some good mileage out of the record, and still love playing the songs off it. 2014 brought a total lifestyle change moving from Austin to the Texas Hill Country.
