Bio

Bay Area born songwriter and rap artist Dutch is armed with vocal tones, and a swagger powerful enough to move a nation.
Dutch's sound is as captivating as his diverse style and looks. His new 2009 released mixtape titled "Ladies and Gentlemen"
is sure to set the stage for the second, and third part releases "LG2, and LG3" due for drop in early 2010. This highly anticipated
project has expectations of creating a universal buzz throughout the music industry, as well as households. Dutch's live performance
has proven to be strong enough to generate standing ovations, along with lyrical crowd participation. He is still amazed at how
many people actually knows his lyrics when he performs a show.

Dutch was born and raised in Oakland, CA under the guidance of his mother (Honey), His passion for rapping began
at the young age of 12. He recalls constant challenges from a friend of the family he calls "Jamal", whom he looked up to as not
being a stranger to issuing lyrical beat-downs. After a few years of this constant challenge, he gained great confidence of his true
gift the first time he realized he had finally taken Jamal down in a freestyle battle. In 2002 he became part of two-some rap group
known as BAV where he began to experiment with his delivery, and his artistic side. He later joined ranks with 4 other rappers in
which the group Cali Soldiers was formed in 2005. Between 2005-2008 Dutch also became the strong voice in a rap group known as
Street Legal. As the groups came and split, it was becoming more evident that Dutch was strong enough to stand as a solo artist,
something he needed to be to begin with.

As this rap phenomenon continues to dominate stages, and command the mic consistently, he remains humble in heart with high
hopes to leave a permanent mark in the hip hop world. "World's greatest! They hate us first", is the quote that many will recognize
him by as he turns every mic he touches into solid gold. Sands in an hour glass sifts down to the moment that Dutch will grace the
covers of magazines across the nation. With an upcoming tour in highlight, this lyrical beast will be one tough act to follow.
