Jeanette began her musical career at the age of 23, performing as Patsy Cline and Emmylou Harris at local amateur recreations of the Grand Ole Opry. There she met Johnny Williams, who portrayed Bill Monroe and Hank Williams, Sr. He introduced her to bluegrass, invited her to join his band, and married her two years later. They have been making beautiful music together ever since! Both are graduates of IBMA Leadership Bluegrass, and have been named Virginia State Champion Vocalist, among numerous additional awards. Johnny is the 1998 and 1999 Bluegrass Division winner of the prestigious Chris Austin Songwriting Contest at Merlefest. Jeanette took home that award in 2007 for her song "Enough Of You." Jeanette has enjoyed performing and recording with some of the top names in the business, including Dan Tyminski, Ralph Stanley, and the legendary George Jones. She is featured on the 2006 IBMA Recorded Event Of The Year "Daughters of Bluegrass - Back To The Well", and has enjoyed chart success in Bluegrass Unlimited, Bluegrass Now, and Power Source Magazine.
Her September 2008 release "Thank You For Caring" has received rave reviews. The disc features Jeanette's award winning song, plus eighteen special guests, including Tony Rice, Tim Stafford, Randy Kohrs and George Jones.
