Biography

"Restless", defined as constantly moving, never still, also an appropriate title for Jeanlizabeth's sophomore CD, released at Seattle's Experienced Music Project, October 2005. - Victory Review Magazine. Possessing the influences of Edie Brickell, Sarah McGlauchlin, and the Indigo Girls, Jeanlizabeth writes skillful words with melodies providing undeniable hooks and catchy harmonies. Jeanlizabeth has graced local stages for 5 years in the Puget Sound region, since the debut of "Driftwood" in 2001. When Driftwood became a local success, it earned Jean radio airplay in the Puget Sound Region and launched her standing career as a featured performer at local music venues and Washington State events including The Northwest Folklife Festival, Taste of Tacoma, Tacoma's First Night, and Bellingham's Allied Arts Festival. Jeanlizabeth also has showcased twice for the USA Songwriting Competition in Seattle. She has a new album, which encompasses the Northwest flavor spoken of and famailiar love and loss themes as on Driftwood.
