Jeanna Salzer

Jeanna Salzer

 Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
BandPopSoul

Jeanna Salzer mixes pop and soul in a way that should be illegal. She has recently discovered the merits of thrift-store synthesizers. No one can pronounce her name. Says Milwaukee's Shepherd Express, "She writes achy, soulful piano-pop tunes that linger pleasantly in the head for hours.”

Biography

Voted Milwaukee's Best Female Vocalist of 2009 and 2010, Jeanna Salzer has become a Milwaukee staple. Her music can be heard on two of Milwaukee's favorite radio stations (88.9 RadioMilwaukee and 89.7 WUWM).

Not content with the typical singer-songwriter model, Jeanna started to collaborate and play gigs with two guys who give her nothing but trouble.

Jeanna's songs are soulful jams disguised as pop hooks, and there's a good chance that they'll stick with you if you hear them just once.
