Biography

JEFF & MOLLY

This edgy acoustic duo offers a colorful mix of powerful vocals, pounding rhythms and clever chord changes. Using looping pedals, Jeff & Molly record and layer guitar and percussion tracks LIVE ON STAGE, creating a full-band effect and an electrifying show!

Often covering a broad spectrum of musical genres from Top 40, Soul & R&B to 80’s Hairbands and Bubble-gum Pop, their undeniable love of music and dexterity on their instruments are obvious, making Jeff & Molly a truly exciting and attention-grabbing band!

Jeff and Molly met in the summer of 2008 and began working together almost immediately on a variety of projects. After only one year, they’re musical and personal connection brought them even closer. The pair decided to start playing acoustically as Jeff & Molly, and they have had a great response. The two musicians were married in the summer of 2010 and there is no denying their personal connection on stage. Each one plays to make the other sound better, and their playful interaction is very amusing, often comical. Both musicians bring very different musical styles to the stage in this pairing. Molly delivers a strong, soulful voice and solid, earthy rhythms while Jeff brings a much more raw, Rock & Roll vocal style along with complex guitar patterns and edgy chord structures. The Jeff and Molly band is SEXY SOUL meets ROCK & ROLL!
