After years of playing and fronting "bands with names" that are usually confined to one style or another, it's become apparent to this Atlanta Georgia Singer / Songwriter that the time is now to hit it alone and explore all sides of his diverse yet familiar songwriting style.
"There's nothing like knowing that when it comes down to it, you can pick up an acoustic guitar and entertain a crowd without the comfort of a full band. Its a deliberating experience. After having said that, I look forward to playing my solo material with a backing band. Sharing in the performance moments that can only be had with other musicians. Kind of a catch 22 situation... Well see...

Jeff's sound is an untouched blend from the songwriters of yesterday and today. Names such as "Ryan Adams", "Pete Yorn", "Rhett Miller" and bands such as "The Counting Crows" and "Oasis" are ones that come to mind on first listen.
While still holding true to the upbeat, rock aspect that Jeff Gardner fans have come to know, youre now introduced to some more, deeper, "rip your heart out, spill your guts" tunes that very few have ever heard before.
Jeff Gardner is certainly worth a listen to those from all genres.
