At a Glance…
It's not about music, but about ministry Praise - every step, every day
I was raised a Christian in a small town in Ohio. There, I experienced diverse influences from Rock 'n Roll to contemporary polish music. The dream of being a musician has driven me through adventures of piano & guitar lessons, secular bands; collectively crafting me into a Creative Christian Singer/Songwriter.
It is my purpose to be of Christ-like character, to motivate others through life's obstacles. People have a choice to stretch or be stretched, so it is my busy-ness to follow the love of my gift. My focus is to write songs with messages of value and to share them with others through leading worship and recorded media. God's will above all
Musical Ministry
Not that I am any different or above the next person, but I feel like I have been blessed with a prophetic understanding of life and the application of The Word, and I simply would like to be an example to others by my sharing gifts, experience and a wealth of information. I do not hope to be perceived as an alternative to any recognized, organized religion. I was raised and practice Catholicism, but to others who have a difficult time understanding the division and hope to become a better believer in following their faith, maybe I can be a bridge to motivate them between their current situation and a life they can love, through suffering and happiness.
Miscellaneous Me...
Me, Me, Me…
I am a lover of creativity and ambition. I currently work at a job using my educated artistic ability. It is a natural talent I often use to make sense of my musical approach. I listen to anything from Edwin McCain and Clay Aiken to The Cure and Newsboys to Goo Goo Dolls and Building 429 to Third Day and Brad Paisley to Jim Brickman and a little Bach. I love music. I especially appreciate anything I can find around the nearby my hometown, which is currently close to Pittsburgh, PA. It often seems more honest and usually less polished. I think over the years, hot-wings have won over my favor for pizza… Waffle House is even battling in there somewhere. I pace myself with cappuccino and coffee, because I could become really abusive with them. Although I like the big name bean, some of the smaller shops can really roast. I like to laugh with my wife, Patty, marvel with her in amazement of our tuxedo kitty, Piper and get psyched with her over “Steeler” football games. I enjoy the adventures of travel. I like to read the Bible and then I am blessed if I can record my inspirations, in journal or song. I like seldom visits with friends. I am a sinner who tries his best not to sin, but I’m still in the flesh. I fall and I get up… I fall less when I’m not focused on me.
Parting Words
As for my brother and sisters; stretch or be stretched. I believe you can either walk toward God in faith or you will be pulled toward Him, so I encourage others to find the gift that calls them with a burning passion and ambitiously offer it for all the glory and honor of God With your most honest intention, trust yourself. That inner voice of the Spirit is there for a reason and not everybody will always understand you.
Love what you do
As for me; I wish to humble my desires and will to do where God may lead. Although I drive ambitiously through perseverance with patience, I will try best to consider it my permanent vocation to apply the messages and actions of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
