Jeff Solomon

I am from the deep south. The heehaw kind. Guitars and tape recorders have always been my best friends. After being almost killed by drugs and alcohol and a year stint in rehab, I eventually landed on the planet of NYC for four years, where I sold insurance(kill me now), but kept playing my lil rock and roll songs I was writin at interstellar venues like CBGB's, Knitting Factory, The Bitter End, and more. Then I relocated with my super lawyer queen to the universe of Los Angeles, all the while knitting different color socks. Since in La La land, I have played Hotel Cafe, The Mint, Ghengis Cohen, The Waterfront, Viper Room and more. I am usually found lost in the streets with a brilliant idea and pretending I am way cooler than I actually am. I have no idea who this Jeff Solomon person is, really. Maybe all of you can help me answer that question before I croak. I waddle in and out of consciousness finding truths buried amongst the fires of idiots. I always wanted to be an astronaut, I guess this will have to do. My music is like if Johnny Cash and Jon Bon Jovi COULD actually get married and have a baby and then adopt it to a band of old classic rockers huddled out in the woods, using their keen wit and intellect to survive.. SUPPORT GAY MARRIAGE and space exploration. and yarn. I used to have a real one of these things telling about all of the cool people I hung out with and awesome musicians I have played with, but it seemed to be just a carrot on a stick for the horses of this rusted out industry. If you really want to know who I am, just listen to the music. You dont need to know that I opened for Maia Sharp or Angel Taylor. You certainly dont need to know or care that my very first EP ever is produced by veteran Peter Bunetta and his horde of geniuses. The only thing you need to know is that I won't stop until I die. Now, all of that mess is over, come in out of the rain and have some tea. We take off in T-10 seconds...
