Dj Shadow and Fatboy Slim have had a great influence over my work. Just like every other live performer, Brian Eno opened my mind to the capabilities of experimentation. I got my start in the basement of a soon-to-be evicted home. I spun records to keep my head from spinning after a divorce. That eventually led me to become the Executive Music Producer for Project Ethos in Los Angeles, CA. The high end fashion event became the place to be seen in Hollywood four times a year. Not satisfied playing for someone else's passion, I became a full time DJ. Still producing my own work and mixing into sets on the side, I decided it was time to leap. I made my music, live. Mixing my sets in front of an audience was the last step in my progression as an artist. After leaving Los Angeles and the lights of Hollywood behind, I settled in a town where I could create, quietly, but where I was still close enough to the pulse to make an impact.
