Jelly B - former closet songwriter who got tired of singing to the hangers! Jelly's Alter Ego Wendy Burdon is the Vice President of the Manitoba Independant Songwriters Circle. A writer and fan of country blues Jelly B has been writing and playing music since she was a teen. She plays flute, vocals, guitar, and occasionally thumping on Glens big old bass Jelly is influenced by Memphis Minnie, Sippie Wallace, Robert Johnson, Rory Block, Sue Foley, Ruthie Foster, Toni Price and so many more!
Glen Hagen is a multi-instrumentalist who primarily play Bass and Acoustic guitar in our group. His influences are as diverse as his musical talents. He writes rootsy songs of real life trials and tribulations that will keep your toes tapping.
Brad Friesen taught Jelly how to tap her foot in time to the music! The former drummer for the Dust Rhinos for ten years Brad usually plays the Cajon and high hat and keeps us honest!
