Bio

Described by one industry insider as "If The Cure, The Killers and The Psychedelic Furs were involved in a car crash, Jenna’s Arrival would be filling out the accident report then recording it for posterity." The members of Jenna’s Arrival are quickly making a name for themselves. Formed in May of 2004 with their home base as Tempe, they hit the ground running playing their first show as a band at The Vans Warped Tour in Phoenix, AZ.

As the direct effect of headlining numerous local shows and supporting national acts, Jenna’s fan base continues to grow exponentially. Their guitar driven, synth laden sonic landscapes are infused with pop lyrics that are so infectious you can’t help but to sing along. A myriad of influences such as Radiohead, The Cure, Depeche Mode, New Order, Duran Duran, The Killers, Doves and the Psychedelic Furs help round out the band’s overall sound.

Anthony Rae, the former drummer of local heroes Plinko, stepped out from behind the drums to become the lead vocalist and frontman for Jenna's Arrival. He has toured with the likes of Blink 182 and Unwritten Law. Terry on guitars and keys has previously established himself in the Phoenix music scene with his lead guitar and songwriting duties in the Living Daylytes and Longshore. His indie style guitar lines and pop oriented sensibilities offer up a melodic edge which complements the Jenna’s sound. Steve on bass is a veteran of the Phoenix indie music scene. He has recorded with local brit-pop favorites Eurovox and the Captives, not to mention having played numerous live shows with bands such as Shiny Toy Guns, New Model Army and Supergrass.

On the heels of selling over 3,000 copies of their 2005 EP release, Jenna’s has toured throughout the southwest and other west coast venues along side bands such as The Vacation, Authority Zero, and World Wide Spies. After the release of a follow up EP in 2007, Jenna's went back into the studio, this time with veteran record producer Bob Hoag, to complete and relapse their forthcoming Changes EP. Drawing on overlapping genres of indie rock and synth pop, watch for these guys to be carving out their own place in the company of some of today's radio staples.
