Biography

Jenn Bojm discovered her love of singing while studying classical voice and light opera. She then decided to try her hand within some other musical genres. In 2010 Jenn had the opportunity to perform at the Vancouver International Jazz Festival with Miles Black, Tony Chamberlist and Renee Worst. Most recently, however, Jenn has refined her songwriting and vocal style and returned to what comes to her naturally. As a folk-country singer and songwriter Jenn has been captivating audiences in her hometown of Vancouver. Her writing and vocals tastefully reflect her musical influences such as Emmylou Harris, Gillian Welch, and Townes Van Zandt. Every time she performs people are astounded by the classic beauty of her vocals, gorgeous country twang, honesty, and feeling. Jenn has truly burst onto the Vancouver Roots scene singing back-up vocals for Rich Hope, Rolla Olak , Rob Butterfield, and Bob Sumner of the Sumner Brothers, among others.
