Bio
Jen Nelson has been in bands for years and struck out on her own to perform and write. Although she enjoys the band dynamic it is liberating and challenging to be a solo artist.
The music can be performed alone or with a full band, a sign of good song writing. Her original songs always go over with thunderous applause, either that or they ask her who's song it is; a nice compliment either way!
From folk to funky little jazz numbers, the music will evoke emotion, laughter, and on occasion tears, depending on how much drinking is going on at the show!!!
It is a hard business but at the end of the night most people leave feeling entertained and inspired, including Jen herslef!
