Discography

(Track 1) "Redeemer" is originally sung by Nicole C. Mullen. Here in Jennifer's version of the song, it's recorded with an instrumental track, though when sung live, it will be performed with a band.

(Track 2) "On My Knees" is originally sung by Jaci Velasquez. Here, Jennifer sings the song in Jeff Laduke's studio with a track, though she can perform this live with a band.

(Track 3) "A Little More" is originally sung by Jennifer Knapp. Here, Jennifer Halls sings both lead and harmonies in the studio as Alisa DiRienzo plays guitar and egg shaker.

"Psalm 71" (Original inspired by Psalm 71) Jennifer was inspired by Psalms chapter 71 when writing this song with the intention of inspiring young people and reminding them what a blessing it is to find God at an early age.

Bio

My name is Jennifer Halls and I feel that God has called me to share what He reveals to me about His love to others through song. I aspire to share the music God puts on my heart to write and sing in films.

I love music ministry/songwriting and feel extremely blessed to worship God through music in many different opportunities with my close friends. I am influenced by artists ranging in sounds such as Mariah Carey and Norah Jones, and styles such as Addison Road and Kim Walker.

I've sung in 20 weddings, for major sporting events, in Christian Rock and Tribute bands and was blessed to be chosen to sing as a guest in on the Indy stage at the Big Ticket Festival in Ionia next to stages with a variety of famous artists including Rebecca St. James and Skillet.

The songs featured here, and on my set list consist mostly of cover songs recorded as a solo artists. When worshiping live with the "band" of talented singers and musicians whom I'm blessed to call my friends, we take on a slightly more alternative sound than my usual soulful-jazzy sound.

Alisa DiRienzo and Ramayan Saries sing lead vocals on the songs they've written and during these, I sing back up vocals, play guitar or djembe. I think two things that truly set us apart are that we are all kindred spirits with each other and although our songs sometimes have an alternative sound, overall, we would best be catagorized as a Worship band. A soulful sound and passionate delivery is sure to awaken and encourage souls.

It's been a blast over the past few years for me to have an array of experience from being a member of two bands, singing the National Anthem for professional sports teams, performing with Oakland University's show choir and leading worship for the U.S. Naval base in Sicily, Italy. Although I enjoy singing on occasion in other genres, writing and singing worship music is my destiny.
