Jenny Cummings is a singer songwriter from the metro Detroit area. A self - taught guitarist, she has a smooth and ear catching sound, her lyrics come from her experiences in life and love and when you listen to her sing, you can feel the exact emotion she felt when writing the songs.
In the last two years Jenny has performed with such bands as the Jealous Girlfriends, Abe Quigley, The Hours, The Animal Chinz, and most recently, Australian musician, Missy Higgins.
Jenny has made her mark on the coffeehouse scene in Ferndale and throughout Detroit, she continues to develop her skills as a singer songwriter and can be compared to the likes of her musical inspirations of Patty Griffin, Brandi Carlile and Joshua Radin. Jenny has a captivating sound and a personality that beckons you to sit and take the ride with her. Her lyrics will make you laugh, cry, want to love hard, and overall just feel.
