Jeremiah's Prayer

Jeremiah’s Prayer is an Indie Rock/Pop band emerging from the scene at Anderson University. The Group came together early 2006 as a result of jam sessions and fast friendships. Though an observer might see the development of this group as a right-place-right-time scenario, the members feel that something else was in play. Because of their up-bringing in the church, each member has their own spiritual beliefs.
As a new group on the scene, the band is gaining momentum and looking forward to broadening their audience and talents. The band’s music is constantly progressing and they are always looking for new venues to share their music with.
Every element of their sound is unique and fresh. The lyrics suggest looking beyond the surface of our increasingly shallow society for a deeper meaning to life. Clean acoustic lines, solid drum beats, inventive keyboard parts, and tight harmonies all fuse together to create the sound that is Jeremiah’s Prayer.
The band recently returned from Workhorse Studios in South Carolina where they spent time recording the first album “Adoration”. Before entering the studio Jeremiah’s Prayer was only a name with four faces. After working with Wade Powell some time and somewhat reinventing and revamping several songs, the group emerged a band.
