Jeremy writes songs that are intimate and revealing, sensitive and powerful, progressive and thought provoking. These songs will speak directly to your internal by painting beautiful yet subtle pictures with only guitar and voice, chords and melodies, glass and gravel, diamonds and mud.

Biography

Jeremy has been playing acoustic guitar for almost fifteen years and singing his whole life. He's spent the last ten years touring and playing with different bands as a drummer and percussionist.
It took ten years of hard work, dedication and experience on the road for Jeremy to realize he might heading in the wrong direction. He didn't feel like wasn't doing what he was best at. He wasn't doing what he felt he was born to do, and wasn't happy.
So Jeremy quits the bands, starts recording his own songs and doing whatever he can to get them heard.
Jeremy's goal as a performer is to grab the attention of his audience right away with my raw ability, then to gently pull them into my world word by word and note by note. He writes songs that are intimate and revealing, sensitive and powerful, progressive and thought provoking. They speak directly to your internal by painting beautiful and subtle pictures with only guitar and voice, chords and melodies,
dirt and gravel, diamonds and mud.

These memories

Written By: jeremy gabriel

It's been so long it's been ten years since I've seen your face
and those memories came out from their hiding place.
That day I stood so silently waiting
for lightning to strike.
I waited all night.
I often find myself still wondering why that lightning never did strike.
And I don't like to think about it
but I can't help but think about it sometimes.

What could have been.
Yeah, I can't help but think about it sometimes
What could have been.
And I can't help but die inside.

No I can't turn back time.
All I can do is dream.
I can't remember what we must have seen.

It's been so long it's been ten years since I've seen your face.

Harder I Try

Written By: jeremy gabriel

There's a bird that sits
outside my window
and it's calling me to sit by it's side.
It flies away and asks me to follow
but I'm scared of heights
and it's up much too high.

There's a rose that bloom beneath my footsteps.
With each breath it's born, with each breath it dies.
I want to know where does it come from
but I seem to know less the harder i try.

Ther's a flame that burns inside my fireplace.
Feed it oak and it will rise.
The embers blaze, smoke spirals upwards
but the moment you stop it burns out and dies.

There's a rose that bloom beneath my footsteps.
With each breath it's born, with each breath it dies.
I want to know where does it come from
but I seem to know less the harder i try.
Yes, I seem to know less the harder i try.
I seem to know less the harder i try.

Still Just Kids

Written By: jeremy gabriel

I can still remember when
we used to play
or we could just sit around the house all day
and that was fine.
We entertained ourselves.
It was just you and me and no one else.
When we were still just kids
and we were stuck inside.
I would count to ten as you would run and hide.

When we were young.

But we're older now
and we haven't got the time.
The memories are still fresh in our minds.
Although life goes on,
you know we're still just kids
when we do the things we did
when we were young.

When we were young.
