Biography for Jeremy Lykins, Age 31

Music experience:

Piano since age 9, Vocals since age 14 and recently trained with Melissa Cross who is also vocal coach for SliPKnoT, Trivium, Lamb of God, Chimaira, Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, Cradle of Filth, God Forbid, Arch Enemy, Unearth, Underoath, Still Remains, Every Time I Die, All That Remains, Thursday, Andrew W.K., Silverstein, The Bravery, Aiden to name a few. Has done vocals and guest appearances for numerous bands in the Indianapolis scene. Most recent projects include Lapsis and Betrayed With A Kiss. Betrayed With A Kiss picked up endorsements from Samick Guitars, Silvertone Guitars, Halo Guitars, Marshall Amplification, Randall Amplification, Digitech Effects, Korg, Coffin Case, In-Tune Custom Guitar Picks, Dean Guitars, Dirtbag Clothing and Curt Mangan Strings, and Roaring Lion Energy Drink but is currently on hiatus due to the passing of their guitarist, Travis Crider on August 21, 2008. Vocals have been compared to the styles of Korn, Mudvayne, Disturbed, Staind, Soundgarden, Demon Hunter, Creed, Lifehouse, Deftones, Drowning Pool, etc.. Jeremy also does vocal coaching in his hometown of Indianapolis for metal vocalists and those aspiring to be in a band.
