Only 22, up and comer Jermaine Fowler has been killing the comedy scene. His charming, blunt, and quick-witted style of performing has been nothing, but a breath of fresh air. Developing his act since he was 18 and right out of high school he soon built up quite a buzz and was soon performing with comedians he looked up to; Bill Burr, Kevin Hart, Patrice ONeal, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, Ben Bailey, and Jim Gaffigan. He has performed in acclaimed comedy festivals such as the Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival, where he won the Silver Nail Award for one of the best up and coming comedians in the country. And the New York Comedy Festival alongside top national comedians. If thats not enough, his acting chops arent bad either. You may have seen Jermaine in numerous commercials produced by Comedy Central and hes one of the faces of SoBes national Under the Cap Sweepstakes. His joke writing is not only original, but has been acknowledged in the New York Posts 50 Funniest Jokes article alongside comedy greats like Steven Wright, Jay Leno, and David Letterman.
