The best kept secret in music

"Boston dot com"

"...The best is a spacy, old-school, beat-crazy version of "Public Enemy No. 1" by Jeronimo Punx. Other mixes feel completely redundant". - Public Enemy "Revolverlution"

"Public Enemy Message Board"

"...Jeronimo Punx was the best of the remixes. Griff's production was excellent on Son of a Bush..." - Che Guevara

"DJ Juice commentary"

"...I voted for only 1 of the winners. Jeronimo Punx PE #1 remix. Why? Because they didn't sound like a lot of the other remixes. Wannabe Bomb Squad remixes. It was a fresh take on PE #1 and I dug it". -

"Chuck D commentary"

"...The Jeronimo Punx track is very well put together. I think they spent every second of their life on it". -

"Smother dot com"

"...the prize goes to the Jeronimo Punx's remix of PUBLIC ENEMY NO 1. A technoish kinda rework complete with a new clearer doper verse in Spanish by one of the Jeronimo Punx; "tan duro como Maradona & amargo como un condenado a la horca" and the rest of the verse in Spanish is actually solid. If nothing else PE definetely taking chances by putting this on the record". - Revolverlution review

Feeling a bit camera shy

Jeronimo Punx plays live with three band members, but many more are in the mix with pre-recorded studio tracks we import from Buenos Aires, Argentina and from songs produced here in Charlotte. Our Latin/Hip-Hop fusion is inspired by the Tango music that Julian grew up hearing in his native Argentina along with the hip-hop and punk records from such diverse artists as Public Enemy and The Sex Pistols that we all enjoy. Our music is definitely different from anything else going on in Charlotte or anywhere else, for that matter, and we think this is the right time to release just such a genre on the world.
