Bio

Jessie Von Presley is a Southern gentleman and an American bad ass with a loud in your face rock n' roll band that has catchy hooks and devilish good looks. This is a self indulgent band that doesn't follow the trends, and who avoids dating their material with cliches of the times. They write songs they'd want to listen to rather than what they think people will want to hear. If you were to try to categorize Jessie Von Presley the best description that comes to mind would be modern southern rock with funk soul and a punk rock attitude.

Jessie Von Presley's debut CD "A New Order for the Ages" is a masterfully written rock n' roll album. It's one of those few records that you put on and listen to from beginning to end without any disappointments. It's quite obvious to the listener that these songs were written with an album in mind, while the songs are dramatically different from one another with tracks that range from rock anthems, to ballads, to dance floor fillers they somehow tie it all together with swing beats, distorted southern rock guitar riffs, funky bass lines, and of course the raw scratchy vocals of Jessie. Each of the twelve tracks on this CD could stand on their own as a single, but there are a few of the songs that stand out as being destined for the classic rock radio airwaves of future generations.

The true talent of any artist is only revealed at it's live show, and this is where Jessie and his band really shine with the hard hitting rhythm section and stage presence of Jeremy Christensen on drums and Roman Campbell on Bass, combined with the distinctively soulful guitar playing of CJ stiles. Then when you throw such a dominating and charismatic presence like Jessie out in front you're really seeing what a rock n' roll show was meant to be!
