"JFK X BADIO - "A FU*KIN MAZIN""

Do you like gratuitous use of the word 'fu*ck'? Do you like to hear the word used in auto-tune? Well Ive got the track for you! JFK and Badio link up to express how impressed they are with things with a track that includes a hook which will never be played on your local radio station. Its a dope track that may overuse of the "F" word, but I like the fun flow. I also like to curse a lot.

"Jay Fresh Kicks – GO"

This morning Jay Fresh Kicks premiered the official first single, “GO” off his forthcoming album, FREENIGHTZ & WEEKEND$. Having also produce the track, I must say this man is a whiz kid — “GO” is futhamucking banger! After listening to it, I thought about it for a second… when was the last time we heard a solid club banger? Everybody (hip-hop artists included) has been turning too electropop for me, so this track was refreshing! I’m especially loving that new-jack-swing (one of my favorite musical eras) sound he went for. If this is any indication of what we can expect from the album, I’m all for it. Let’s GO! - C'EST LA VIE

"Jay Fresh Kicks is The Homie"

"The DMV area and Virginia overall has been producing some of the industry’s finest in talent including Universal Music Group producer, Jay Fresh Kicks.
He brings you visuals for Kick It and Roll, both off his self-produced mixtape The Homie. With the likes of his own label imprint, HollaFame, Hunit Grand and Nike Nando join him to add the finishing touches for the track. Peep the videos below." - KILLER BOOMBOX

Bio

Home to some of the greatest producers of our time such as Teddy Riley, Timbaland, Pharrell and Danjahandz, it is no wonder Virginia is rewarding the entertainment industry with Jay*Fre$h*Kick$ (JFK)-- an eclectic producer in a lane all his own who brings a sound as distinctive as his name.

Born Jason K. Fleming on February 4, 1985, this Virginia native by way of New York City had an immediate engagement with music through his father who was both a DJ and MC in the West Indies and New York, creating a love affair between JFK and an assortment of musical genres. By age 9, JFK had branched off as his own personality with an astounding ear for beats and rhythms. Through the study of DJ mix shows and hours upon hours of nonstop music, JFK was able to sample records and begin producing on the family computer at the tender age of 13.

Instantly finding his specialty, JFK realized that he had a gift that was not only unique but also profitable. Using the DJ equipment in his basement, JFK would create exclusive mixtapes and sell them all throughout Gar-Field high school from the hallways to the lunchroom and even a few classes to a demanding marketplace of true hip hop heads. Further evolving his talent, JFK became a member of V-Click, rapping occasionally but maintaining the craft of production he soon mastered. From the school hallways to opening for Styles P at the peak of his solo career, V-Click soon became a well-known group throughout Washington, DC and the surrounding areas. The group shortly parted ways but maintained a great friendship and their hands in music independently.

At the age of 18, JFK was presented with two major opportunities. He was accepted into the highly acclaimed Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL and was simultaneously offered his first room in Sound Room Studios in Woodbridge, VA. Realizing that attempting to steer his focus away from anything but music was nearly impossible, JFK decided to take the once in a lifetime offer with Sound Room Studios that changed his life forever and were the beginning stages for the foundation of HollaFame Music.

Working 12-hour shifts at Foot Locker and then going straight to the studio until the following morning became a nonstop routine for JFK. Until one day, an early morning phone call simply playing a sample from Michael Jackson’s "Maria" allowed JFK to create a highly anticipated masterpiece that everyone wanted to get their hands on; establishing him as more than an in-house producer but rather a soon to be fan favorite.

Mastering his technique and generating an authentic style, combining stand alone genres such as jazz, reggae, rock, pop, etc to form his individual sound, JFK has produced limitless tracks for the likes of Yung Berg, Morgan Smith, Lil Fizz and Shawnna to name a few. JFK has even managed to receive international acclaim for his track used in the 2005 Project Runway finale on Bravo TV, which is in constant rotation each Fashion Week.

Recently signed to Universal Music Publishing, JFK is making his dreams a reality by heading his own label HOLLAFAME Music. Combining the worlds of music and fashion, JFK has created the first ever "Kixtape" titled Just For Kick$. As time progresses, JFK sees himself leading various business ventures as well as spearheading his philanthropic interests; making JFK more than your favorite producer but a solidified brand.
