Jill Peacock

Jill's motto is live life to the fullest and try something new everyday. Though she was born and raised in Toronto, Canada in a household where motown and classical music were always playing, she made life choices that allowed her to travel extensively and live overseas. She has a true passion for the music of other cultures, but for her own music she is probably most influenced by many western artists such as the great jazz singers Nancy Wilson, Dinah Washington and Lena Horne, The RnB/Soul artists of the past like Minnie Ripperton, Otis Redding, Smokey Robinson, Gladys Knight and newer artists like Erykah Badu, Yukimi Nagano, Estelle and Amy Winehouse. Though she currently sings mostly jazz around Toronto, Jill is working on four projects with original music at the moment and will be releasing new music very soon! Please keep posted!!
