The idea of creating songs, no matter what the style, had already emerged in Rene Mueller's head 6 years ago. Having been limited to Bass playing by then, he noticed, that there's more creative potential output to be produced. So he started writing songs, lyrics, recorded most of the guitar, piano, bass and fx trax. Beautiful drums and percussion trax were then contributed by Marc Bollow. Since these songs were as different as the ingredients of a delicate cocktail and did not fit only into "one drawer" (and thus, one band), Marc and René started searching musicians for each of these songs. Hence, the album "Cocktailsessions Part One" was born with musical styles ranging from Punk'n'Roll over HipHop to Instrumental as well as relaxed Ambient sounds to the point of an Acoustic ballad. Music as different as a tasty cocktail. Enjoy!
