Bio

“ROCKTRONICA”
Progressive House? Breakbeat? Techno?... Rocktronica! Formed in 2004, Jimmy Cypher has been able to take his enigmatic guitar work (in recent times awarded by Ernie Ball) into the electronica world and seize it by the throat. With influences ranging from Tom Morello/Carlos Santana to BT/Paul Oakenfold, Cypher has the ability to take you on a creative ride with tracks such as the rap-fueled “Shadowland”, spacious “Plastic World” and the dynamic “Love and Darkness”. Playing a role in his upcoming release is producer/mixer Z Morse (Paul Oakenfold, Perfecto Records), in addition to a handful of stellar guest vocalists. From DJ environments to cultural stages to rock clubs, the live performance always delivers. Since inception, Jimmy Cypher has managed to steadily build momentum with area clubs/promoters, record producers, DJs, licensing companies, radio, press, music conferences, and live music fans alike.
