Jimmy Whisper is James J. Partridge, former frontman for the band Forelle, best known for winning MTV's first Best Band On Campus competition. Aside from being featured on MTV and MTV2, he and his former bandmates were chosen to appear on the hit compilation album, "Advance Warning." Jimmy Whisper is currently beginning to record music for an upcoming album with a tour to follow.
