Jim Owens is a singer/songwriter that hails from the midwest, writing beachy tunes and jazz influenced chord progressions, his music has alwasy taken the ears of his listeners. Throughout his life he has been majorly influenced my a broad spectrum of bands, such as Chicago, Georgia Satelites, and more contemporary artists such as eve6, incubus, dave mathews, jack johnson and jason mraz.
