Lyrics

Hold Me Now

Written By: lyrics by Steve Soman

Every time I go to sleep
I'm afraid I'll have the dream again
The one where I am losing you
Stay awake thinking about what's true
Just let me wrap you in my arms
And we'll wait till forever passes by

You're so amazing

Whenever we're apart
My forecast is always stormy
Cause your beautiful face
It clouds my mind eternally

Hold me now, won't you
Hold me now, c'mon baby
Hold me now, longer
Hold me now, don’t let go

Looking at you look at me
And I know you're where I want to be
An angel when you smile I see
And your eyes a window to our fantasies
There's no one else but you and me
So honey let me waste this time with you

You're so amazing

Whenever we're apart
My forecast is always stormy
Cause your beautiful face
It clouds my mind eternally

Hold me now, won't you
Hold me now, c'mon baby
Hold me now, longer
Hold me now, don't let go

Whenever we're apart
My forecast is always stormy
Cause your beautiful face
It clouds my mind eternally

Hold me now, won't you
Hold me now, c'mon baby
Hold me now, longer
Hold me now, don't let go

When We're There

Written By: lyrics by Steve Soman

I turn around suddenly she's gone
Waiting for so long then you come and shut the door on me
Looking around it sounds like I've found what I need to chop this tree to the ground
If no one's around does it really make a sound? Oh no

One for all the pain you've caused Two for her, how could you make her cry? You weren't by her side
And three for all the ways you stay
It's all your fault, four five, I'll drive when we're there

When I look back it was so much fun
Now the sun has passed and my tears they hurt but not as much as this will
Is it profound it's round and it's bound to go in one ear and come out the other side
Time to run and hide sorry but it's time to go oh no no no no

One for all the pain you've caused
Two for her, how could you make her cry? You weren't by her side
And three for all the ways you stay
It's all your fault, four five, I'll drive when we're there

This is Fun

Written By: lyrics by Steve Soman

One more game with what's his name
I say hello to no one I'm swimming
One more shot that's all I've got
She smiles and laughs but why is she laughing
Empty bottles they fall but I don't hear
Why can I not recall why I am here

Well I am the nail you're slamming down now
My mind can't prevail It tells me this is fun

What is this I can't resist
It's twelve percent the time flies by you can't
Stop me now I don’t know how
This bucket holds the world I'm throwing in
Empty bottles they fall I fall asleep
Why can I not recall the time of day

Well I am the nail you're slamming down now
My mind can't prevail It tells me this is fun

Everybody's happy, everybody's trapped me
Someone's laughing at me I don't know why
Everybody's happy everybody's trapped me
Someone's laughing at me I don't know why
I'm spinning swimming dancing singing

Empty bottles they fall I scream and shout
Why can I not recall please help me down

Well I am the nail you're slamming down now
My mind can't prevail it tells me nothing
